I sense Patlabor vibes coming off of Optimus, especially with his head, and I think it fits him quite well. I love your interpretation of his Cybertronian alt mode.
can never go wrong with dual jet/tank alt modes for Megatron, and you did a great job of making them feel connected in design in a way that makes them feel like they could reasonably switch from one to the other.
Starscream's sleekness in robot and alt mode appropriately mirror his personality. I also appreciate the specific hues of red-violet and light gray given to him, they give a sinister yet also vibrant look.
the direction taken with Ratchet and Bumblebee works very fittingly to give them distinct personalities while also retaining a recognizable characterization, with the grizzled and combat experienced look of Ratchet, and the scrappier and more "rookie" look of Bumblebee.
on a general note as well, I appreciate how inspiration is clear from other iterations of their characters while they still remain distinct on their own. gives them their own unique look while also taking some good bits from past versions of themselves.

Thank you very much! Also the vision i had with Prime's alt mode wasn't so much a Cybertronian style vehicle, but more something that's in the middle-ground between modern Earth vehicle and something high-tech and futuristic looking, which was the approach i've taken to all the bots so far. I wanted to do something a little different this time than just real-world vehicles.

love how well you translated the Mark V and CE weapon designs into 2D and in your own style. all the snow effects and fog effect in the background are very nicely done as well.
